We have entrusted our villa to be overseen by Arie and her team from Taman Bali Property management. They have sourced the delightful and friendly staff that greet you everyday and are responsible for all daily operations and maintenance of the villa. So please let them know if there is something broken, needs to be repaired or just needs replacing (such as light globes, the toilet is blocked or there is no toilet paper). We often aren’t aware of these problems, as no one lets us know. So please don’t think you are complaining, it only helps us make your stay that much more better.
